Weekday Rental: $750/day (Mon - Th)

Weekend One-Day Rental: $2,500 (8a - 8p)

Full Weekend Rental: $4,500 - Includes Fri, Sat, Sun (8-10p) and Sunday checkout at 4:00pm.

Deposit: $1,500 for Weekend Rentals or $350 for Weekday - the deposit is non-refundable.

Incidentals: We require $750 for incidentals.This will be refunded conditionally.

*Both your deposit and $750 incidental charge are due 90 days before your event.

Cancellation: Cancellation within 90 days of event forfeits all rental fees and deposits. Your incidentals charge will be refunded.
