How much parking is available for my guests?
Parking is available for 45 vehicles, including any support staff or vendors. Additional parking is available on site, but limited, and will require a parking attendant provided by you to ensure access is maintained for residents.
Can we have alcohol at our event?
Yes, beer, wine and champagne may be served at the Beach Club.
The venue does not allow hard alcohol.
A State of Washington Banquet Permit will be required if alcohol is to be made available to guests attending your event. No alcohol can be sold at this venue.
Can we have live music at our event?
Yes. Live music presentation is allowed with limitations to amplification to the immediate venue. The Hope Island Beach Club is a part of a private community and we ask that all amplified music and spoken word be considerate of the surrounding community. All amplified presentations are to cease by 10:00 pm.
How early can we set up for our event?
Your day is important and may require additional time to prepare. If you require day-before setup, your reservation rate may be negotiated provided the calendar is open to do so. Please contact us directly for additional information.
How early can I book the venue?
Reservations can be made up to two years in advance. Reservations are only accepted with a non-refundable deposit fee. Full payment is due 90 days before your event. See pricing page for more info.
What power sources are available for my event? And for my vendors?
The site features power service for most uses. Variety of outdoor power sources are available throughout the property including 120/240 volt access for catering and outdoor lighting needs. The site can support food truck vendors as well as indoor food service catering needs.
Do I need insurance for my event?
Liquor liability insurance will be required if alcohol will be served. A special event general liability policy will be required naming the SneeOosh Land Company additionally insured for the duration of your event.
Is there an application requirement to make a reservation?
Reservations for the Hope Island Beach Club require completion of the Facility Rental Agreement and receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The Agreement application will be sent to you via email after contacting the venue.
